Our standard delivery is in North Pittsburgh to areas like Cranberry Township, Wexford, Mars, Pa, Butler, Evans City, Zelienople, Sarver, Freeport, New Kensington, Sewickley, Corapolis. But we offer delivery much further, just ask. We have done work in West Virginia, Ohio, Erie, Washington, and Grove City.

Standard Delivery Areas

Our Standard Delivery area is essentially all of North Pittsburgh from Cranberry Township to Butler and more. If you don’t see your location listed, just call and ask, we have done jobs as far as West Virginia and Ohio.

  • We always try and delivery a day or two before your event and pickup a day or two after your event. So if your party is Saturday we would normally deliver the Thursday or Friday beforehand and pickup the Monday or Tuesday after. And of course we do not charge you for the extra days you have our items. We just try and build in some breathing room for our logistics and your party planning.

    There are always exceptions when we need to deliver our items the day of your party and pick up that evening after the party, but those are exceptions.

    If you need a same-day delivery or pickup, just ask, weekend work is subject to an additional fee but we are normally always able to help you out.

  • Yes, we do. All of our tent prices include setup with stakes (if we need to use weights, it is extra).

    Tables and chairs are priced without setup and tear down but you can add that service by asking us.

  • Our exact delivery schedule is set 7-14 days out but we always try and keep things within normal business hours.

    When you book we always try and give you a day or a couple day range of when delivery and pickup would be. Then after we set our delivery schedule, we reach out to make sure that it works with you too.

    If you need an exact time/weekend delivery or pickup, just ask. Those services are subject to an additional fee but we can normally help you out.

  • Short answer, it depends. Just ask.

    For our standard delivery area’s it’s almost always $4.25 per mile + $35 fuel charge. But that may change based on the quantity and rental items.
